Video only in slow motion?

1. I have installed Video AI 4, and never used the program before, so I’m learning. Ik have tried to open a video, and tried a slow motion 2x, 3x and 4x. Never exported the video, just closed the program due to no more time. So when I open the program now, the imported video is automatically playing in slow motion, and I have no idea how to have the video back to normal speed.

2. MacBook Pro M2 Max with 32 GB Ram and 30 core GPU.

3. Your log files (Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support)

4. Any screenshots as necessary

Hi Tony,

When I open Video AI, I see the update

but when I click the button update, nothing happens.
I have tried to restart the program, but that doesn’t help.

I was successful to upgrade to V4.0.1, but when I open a video, it still plays in slow motion, immediately after opening, so without any adjustments in de settings.

Upgrade was successful by the link in your e-mail, but in the program account/check for updates, that doesn’t work.

All the videos I open in Topaz Video are only visible in slow motion.
