Video AI 4.0.4 Crashes System while Exporting

My system crashes (restarts) about 4 minutes into exporting a file to the default h.264.
It does not do this on all files, rather tonight one in particular. In the past it has crashed with other files, but I closed some programs and it seemed to work.

The file being processed is 960x540 @29.97 being upscaled to 1920x1080 with grain being added A1 S1 using “Upscale to HD resolution” preset, ie. Proteus - Enhance MQ

System is:
i9 14900K - Noctua NH-U12A
64Gb Corsiar Vengeance 3200 RAM,
RTX3080 10Gb v.546.01 Studio Driver,
Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX DDR4 (Latest F9 Bios)
Windows 11 ( fresh install)

CPU temp is around 80 °C
GPU temp is around 69 °C

I am using a 1200 Watt Thermaltake Grand Tough Power 80 Plus Platinum.

i also have the same issue, but in preview, GPU temperature rise to 70. Suspect it’s due to overheating on the GPU. Has set the Max Memory to 80%

Do you have the PSU plugged directly into the wall or is it plugged into a power bar shared with other devices?

Try plugging it in to it’s own outlet on the wall, or remove all other devices from the power bar and see if that makes a difference.
