Update 2.4.0 not installing

Why cant I install Update 2.4.0?

It says I have an update available. When I click on update available, it takes me to the update 2.4.0 window. I select update. When I select install now, the program just shuts down and never installs.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. select update available
  2. select update
  3. select install

Some people have experienced issues with the in-app installer. So delete your current version then download the update direct from the Topaz website. or from the top of the v2.4.0 thread
