  1. I downloaded the app - but it will not extrtact - TopazVideoAI-4.1.1.dmg 227.7MB
  2. Your system profile - Apple M1 Pro 16GB
  3. Your log files (Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support) - none
  4. Any screenshots as necessary

Try downloading the PKG version and see if that one works.
