Hello,

Could we get some more information about your issues with presets? Our developers would like to see what the exact errors are in addition to your Video AI log files:

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

I was set manual Proteus setting for few series. Now I still have this presets but without manual settings. TVAI set me Proteus Auto option (set from 3.2.4) or nothing (older settings). Now I must set this manual settings again.

Does switching back to ā€˜Manual’ under the Proteus menu after choosing a preset keep your settings?

It seems that only in one case the manual settings were not preserved - with the setting which I set in version 3.2.4.

I appreciate the optimization and ā€œunder the hoodā€ work, I just wish there were more actual model updates and improvements as well.

Aren’t the models perfect as they are?

System performs way slower now after latest update. Was getting 38-40fps now I’m getting 22fps with the same preset.

Same issue with my manual settings… All my choices have been wiped within Topaz. However, the settings are preserved in the actual JSON files. The new JSON preset writes auto: 2 for this new version however, while the older version writes auto: ā€˜m’.

@tony.topazlabs and @Kadet you can fix it by changing all the older presets from auto: m to auto:2 in a file editor and then restarting Topaz. Seems like an oversight by the dev team in maybe standardizing the values.

It seems that there is a problem that apollo fast cannot be used to process 4k videos
If it is 1080p, it can be used normally
It is normal to use apollo for the same few videos

Seeing direct repeat frames from 1080p apollo fast has now been fixed. Love it! :joy:

Hallo, Apollo funktioniert immer noch nicht mit einer Geforce RTX 2070 S Grafikkarte, alles bleibt schwarz. Wird das Problem noch gefixt?

Can you double check your preferences and make sure nothing changed?

Can you post your logs?

Hi Ida, I need to post logs too, just trying out v.3.2.5 and can not drag and drop, or select video files. Same problem as last version. The thing is I haven’t a clue how to share logs?

Thank you

Hi Angela, did you previously follow the resolution steps and are now seeing this issue again?

Hi Ida, I couldn’t figure out how to go about sharing logs last time out either.
Hoped the problem would go away with latest version but now can not use this one either. So I’m stuck at the moment. …… helppppp

The only version, well the latest, that works is v.3.2.2

Concerning interlaced progressive, in most cases, actually better than the regular interlaced models. Very impressive to be honest, but it fails on movements. I hope Topaz work on that model to get the best of both worlds. They are on to some very good stuff.
