BTW, my TL products don’t generate Logs (been an issue for months - ahem) so I cannot open a Log to see what the issue might be & don’t have data to share with devs for troubleshooting).
Do you, @andrea.amedeo have Logs generated on your system to share with TL? You’d find the logs (if they are being generated) under the Help menu at top of the UI. Go to Logs Folder appears near the bottom of that Menu’s list.
If you do get Logs on your system, I suggest you copy them and send to Topaz Support tagged to share with Lingyu (and Ange). B/c of the computer info that would be contained I propose you don’t post that info in this public forum.
@Fotomaker you can DM me and we can set up a screenshare to see if we can find why logs are not generated and test a few things, the logs would usually tell us what is causing the error you are getting, but we can test a few steps together.
@andrea.amedeo - I can confirm I see Fouding member on your account, can you test logging in and out from the app to see if it allows you to render Wonder locally?
When running Topaz Photo v1.0.1 in batch mode for JPG photos with Denoise and Sharpen, the process often slows down and occasionally stalls. Ending the task through Task Manager and restarting the program speeds things up again, processing each image in about 4–5 seconds instead of over 10. This is on a Windows system with an i9 processor, 96GB of RAM, and an RTX 5070. Any solutions to this problem?
