@james.walker-9084 - since this is OS 15 Sequoia you updated to, see this post here, the CoreML Photo AI folder deletion should resolve this crash issue
The only reason I waited 24 hours is because I wanted to check my work - I followed the instructions, I could verify all the other file photos as represented on the forum page and I found no ML Cache. See attachment
