TOPAZ AI VIDEO Won't Open

When i click on the icon nothing happens
I have uninstalled the app , deleted the App roaming files, rebooted my PC and reinstalled Topaz Video and it does not open :confused:

I don’t know what to do , i’ve tried everything.

I have windows 10
RTX 3080
I9

It was working fine until i’ve updated the app.
