Error when saving back to LR, can’t write dng file

I have uploaded a Fujifilm GFX RAF file. The export as DNG always failed for me.

Thanks for sending in those files, currently this camera model is not supported, until it is, you will have to convert the RAW file to DNG first, wither in a program like Lightroom Classic (on Import choose COPY AS DNG) or using the free DNG converter like Adobe’s DNG Converter. It can convert quickly whole folders.
It’s a similar issue but, I have images that have already been converted to dng. I can make Topaz adjustments but then I cannot save. The program says, “Cannot save a non-raw image as dng.” That’s fine but it doesn’t allow saving as tiff or any other format.
@jonathan20 - I have replied to your email from support you sent. Make sure to send me a reply with the info needed to troubleshoot!
@pophist-715911 and @agv426 - Happy to mention that while you can do the DNG workaround in the meantime, (use the DNG version of your RAF file, it will work in Photo AI)) - we are set to release support for this camera in the Next Photo AI version at the end of the week

Steps to reproduce issue:
- Loaded RAF from my fujifilm gfx 100s ii
- Process it, looks fine
- Try to export to DNG, it fails with Error: DNG write error message
Looking at the log files, it looks like it fails because there is no camera profile yet for the camera.

Hello,
Confirming that if you have access to v3.4.4, you can use the native RAF files now in the update. If you have prior versions, you can use a DNG copy of the file and they will work in Photo AI. Send us an email to support@topazlabs.com if any issues remain!
