Squares were created by RAW Strong Removing noise process

My issue is squares were created in the back ground of some image by RAW Strong Removing noise process

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1: My Topaz Photo AI was operated independently in Windows@Intel i7 2.10 GHz 16GB RAM
  2. Step 2: Browse Image β†’ Autopilot β†’ RAW Strong
  3. Step 3: Save Image: CR3 to JPEG

I had a similar problem occurring (see post here: https://community.topazlabs.com/t/photo-ai-structure-shows-up-in-noise-removal/49226 ).
Your effect seems a lot stronger than the one I observed.

I tested the file but was not able to reproduce this. Are you seeing these squares regularly or does it only happen rarely?

RAW Strong: regularly
RAW Normal: no problem

I tested the file in other Laptop with Nvidia graphic card no problem.
The graphic card of my laptop is Intel Iris Xe 16 GB sytem RAM, its performane is greater than the minimum requirement: (Intel UHD 600 Graphics or higher) that shown in Topaz website. It’s could be the compatibility issue of graphic card.

We have ran into some issues with the Intel Iris Xe graphics card before. Unfortunately, the performance of this graphics card is not good although it’s above the minimum requirements.

Please update your graphics driver for this computer as it can sometimes improve the performance.

Reboot your computer after installing the driver and let me know if it works better.
