I know; but I don’t believe this is a model issue. Rather, I strongly suspect this is a memory issue, stemming from Topaz’ hopeless flawed way of cropping. First they scale, say, a 1920x800p movie to 2592x1080, and only then they crop (or worse, they upscale to 5184x2160 first, then crop). Using such ridiculous huge frames makes some memory areas overflow, I suspect (maybe on your video card even); not to mention takes nearly 2.54x longer than processing the original.
I have brought this up so many times, I’ve pretty much given up; any programmer worth his salt, understands how to do this properly; aka, first crop 248px from both left and right side, and only then scale up the resultant 1424x800 to 3840x2160. Child’s play. But it requires someone to listen on the other side /minirant
