Photo AI plugin missing in Photoshop 2024, MAC version

This evening I updated Photoshop 2023 to 2024. After doing so Photo AI no longer shows up as a Plugin.

Steps to reproduce issue:

I also just updated to Photoshop 2024 and the Topaz photo AI plug in is missing. I have a Mac. Following to see response by Topaz

I experienced the same problem – Photo AI disappeared after the upgrade.

Updating is not moving the Topaz Photo AI plugin to the new version. Please follow the below steps to add the Topaz Photo AI to Photoshop 2024.

  1. Close Photoshop fully.
  2. Run the Topaz Photo AI installer again, get a new one from: Download
  3. Open Photoshop and check the menu again for the plugin.

Let me know if it’s appearing after doing this.

All steps performed exactly but still no plugin for 2024 :frowning:

Please disable antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installer from downloading the model files. Then try again and make sure to fully close PS before rerunning the Photo AI installer.

Hello Tim.
I solved the problem with the missing Photoshop 2024 plugin for Photo AI 2.0 this way:
I uninstalled Topaz Photo AI 2.01 and then I uninstalled Photoshop 2024 directly through Adobe Creative Cloud.
Then I restarted the Mac and reinstalled Photoshop. After that, I also reinstalled Photo AI.
This time the plugin was installed correctly under the filters. Downloading and installing the models was also fast and correct as usual.

Ich löste das Problem mit dem fehlenden Photoshop 2024 Plugin für Photo AI 2.0 auf diesem Weg:
Ich deinstallierte Topaz Photo AI 2.01 und dann deinstallierte ich Photoshop 2024 direkt über die Adobe Creative Cloud.
Dann startete ich den Mac neu und installierte Photoshop erneut. Anschließend installierte ich Photo AI auch erneut.
Diesmal wurde das Plugin korrekt unter den Filtern installiert. Auch der Download und die Installation der Models war gewohnt schnell und korrekt.
