This is quite straightforward. Im running a iMac 2019 with latest version of both Lightroom and Ventura OS along with the latest update for Topaz AI. This problem has existed for a while. Ive reported it before. My images as RAW files produced by a Sony A7R5
Steps to reproduce issue:
Step 1
Input the image into Lightroom
Step 2
Run the Topaz AI pluigin from Lightroom, via plugin extras.
Step 3
Be amazed and annoyed by the crazy colour shit produced by Topaz!
As can be seen Topaz AI using just the default settings of both Noise removal and sharpening have introduced a nasty green cast. This makes for my uses the Topaz unusable as the colours are now horrible. I have given up with Topaz and now just use the Lightroom denies which is not as good nor controllable as Topaz… Please help and recite this.
Please send me the original and output file so I can reproduce.

Hi Topaz Team, I have just purchased and installed Photo AI version 1.5.0 and to be honest I am quite dissatisfied. The attached images should address the problem quite clearly. In addition to the original RAW file from the OM-1 and a version from DXO DeepPRIME 2, I have created three versions of the image using Topaz Photo AI V. 1.5.0. All three images show very clear colour shifts compared to the original RAW (and the DXO version) which is not possible at all! The first version shows a disturbing grid - which has been known for several years as a bug in the software (as I could see in the forum). The second version would be ok if it were not for the colour shift - the result of the third version shows blurriness in the eye of the bird compared to the original and the DXO version (details of the images can be taken from the metadata of the attached jpg - if necessary I can also provide the RAW file. What do you actually imagine? This is bordering on rip-off. I expect a solution in the short term - at least for the colour shift. If the problem cannot be solved, I want my money back.
A really dissatisfied new customer at the moment.
Please send the following information so I can try to reproduce this.
The original image file.
The processed image.

I have seen another report of this color shift with OM-1 files and am working on a reproduction for this.
Are you using Mac or Windows? Are you using Topaz Photo AI as a plugin to another application or in stand alone?
‘2023-02 - 13230 - 8-0112-09.ORF’ - the original RAW file
‘2023-02 - 13230 - 8-0112-09.xmp’ - the XMP sidecar-File with all edits (before) processing the data in Topaz

And additionally the expected result: ‘2023-02 - 13231 - 8-0112-09.jpg’
I’m using Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1 (c), Lightroom Classic V12.4 with Topaz AI as a PlugIn (Version 1.5.0)
And I look forward to hearing news (in the form of a solution to the problem)
Ive uploaded the original file. Other files using the most recent update are still experiencing a noticeable colour shift with files been given a green cast rendering them unusable. Im having to give up using Photo AI for this reason unless the final output is B@W.
IM having a similar problem with RAW files from a SonyA7R5 that are given a nasty green cast after processing through the RAW route as well as desaturating some other colours. The effect makes Topaz photo AI unusable due to the effect on with skin colour or that on subtle colours on the feathers of birds.
Thanks for sending the files. I was able to reproduce this issue.
It looks like the white balance for this image was changed significantly. I made a task for my team to look into this and am bringing it up in our meeting tomorrow.
Thanks for sending the file. It looks like the camera profile is missing for the output file which is causing the color shift. I documented this for my team to take a look at.
A workaround would be changing the Camera Profile to Adobe Color for now.
If you happen to find some kind of pattern please let me know. I’ve seen the Camera ST profile before and usually it copies without issue so not clear what’s happening here.
