MacBook Pro does not install updates for Photo AI

I’m still at version 1.2.1 after trying to install many updates. I have 9 + available. Topaz downloads, but that’s it, no install. I love this software but I’m missing out with all these updates. I include a screenshot - this is as far as the updating goes. I have Apple MI pro, Ventura 13.4.1 - thanks!
