After updating to TopazVideoAI-6.2.0, DaVinci Resolve Studio can no longer be started. The error no longer occurs with the previous version TopazVideoAI-6.1.3. There is an urgent need for action here!
I had this and it was caused by the OFX plugins. Remove them from the common/ofx folder and Resolve should start. It is mentioned in this thread Topaz Video AI OFX plug-ins crash DaVinci Resolve 19.1

I am having the same problem just installed the new Topaz AI 6 and having issues so I deleted the OFX folder and now the plugin is not loading. But Davinci Resolve starts up.
The team is working on resolving this issue when updating as the OFX plugin file is not interacting well with Resolve when it loads up. You can clear the OFX plugin and this will allow Resolve to load without issue.
