AV1 files unplayable in VLC

Selecting AV1 as codec with dynamic + high settings options results in broken files that won’t play in VLC.

Issue introduced in v6.2 and persists in v7.0

Edit - resolved - problem was on my end - hardware accelerated decoding was disabled on VLC.
