xmp-photoshop.DateCreated Tag wrongly written to DNG files

When processing RAW files in PhotoAI and exporting them as DNG the xmp-photoshop.DateCreated Tag only contains the date, instead of the full timestamp as required and done by all other applications known to me (LR, On1, DXO).

These DNGs look fine in when imported back to LR at first, but when a jpg is exported from those DNGs, the exported jpg does not show up with the corrected time in Lightroom.
Also the missing time causes issues when syncing those images to the LR-Cloud, where they are showing as if they have no date at all.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Open RAW file from LR in PhotoAI (Process with Photo AI)
2. Process in PhotoAI and save back to LR as DNG
3. Sync the dng to LR mobile (will show up in LR mobile, but with no date/time)
4. Export DNG as JPG and reimport to LR (will show up with correct date, but no time

This behaviour is exclusive to Topaz DNG-Files. Files from other manufacturers work fine

I sent the images also to Adobe’s support forum and this is the answer I got which is in line with my idea, that the DateCreated take might cause this issue.
