Every time I login into Video AI I need to activate. Why ?
How can I solve this problem?
I may be wrong, but this only happens to me if my computer has a network connection, but no internet access to the Topaz servers. Otherwise, it stays logged in for months.
The app should only be asking you to re-authenticate once every 6 months. If you have any registry cleaner apps installed on your system that run periodically, they could be clearing the authentication file causing you to have to authenticate more frequently.
