Why I cannot use my topaz that I already paid

I cannot use my program topaz video, it is forcing me to suscribe to other feature that I do not want,

I want to use the one I alreay paid

If you have updated to the newer app then that will prompt for a subscription. The perpetual license to Video AI is yours for continued use, within the version that you purchased it in, or was made available while you still had an active upgrade plan.

I haven’t updated the version I already paid.

Now I cannot find the download file for my original application.

Hi.

Simply go to your account then, Click on Download Apps

Next, Scroll Down until you see Legacy Apps and Click on Get Legacy Apps

Now Scroll Down until you see Licence Keys and Click on My Products Page and that’s where you’ll find the Download Link for the version you own
