Why doesn't Remove Noise work on anything other than RAW images?

This is what I get on every photo

This is version 2.4.1 on a PC
Earlier remove noise worked in JPEGs and Tiffs but didn’t work on RAW, and the program acknowledged that it was “coming soon”

Would you mind sending in some more information to get a better understanding of the problem you are having with this particular type of image? Please send the following information:

  1. The original image file.
  2. The processed image.
  3. A screenshot or description of the settings panel so I can see what adjustments were turned on.

Hi John, thanks for getting back to me. I had posted a similar note directly to the Support team. I sent the information he requested (identical to yours) to Duncan Marshall. Hopefully one of you can figure out what is going on. ~Tom

Problem resolved! The issue was an outdated graphics card driver. Thanks for trouble shooting, Topaz!
