The program shuts down in the middle of my work. There is only half of the work conpleted and does not work right. Please let me know by e-mail what I need to do, and stop this from shuting down. I have the lastest upgrade v3.33, and it still shuts down on the work I am doing. I will hope to hear from you soon.

Post in the correct category … It’s a bug not an idea.
Typically when a machine crash occurs this is due to a lack of power supply or a cooling issue.
In order to troubleshoot this, I will need your logs and your full system profile.

I was experiencing several shutdowns. With an RX 590 and a 650w EVGA PSU. So I switched to an RX 6700 XT and kept having the PC shut down midway through the process. A friend of mine with an RTX 2060 Super also had his PC shut down several times.
When I left it rendering with the MSI afterburner open the temperatures reached over 85ºC and Hot pot 109ºC. I was only able to solve the shutdown problem by performing undervolt on the video card which leads me to understand that Topaz is overheating the GPU.
After the undervolt my card doesn’t go beyond 65ºC and the PC never turned off.
