When including Photo Ai in an action does not process or send back to Photo Shop

In the past I have been able to use Photo AI in an action and run in the script Image Processor, Now while it loads the photo it moves it to in queue and will not process the photo without additional clicks on my part. Not handy If I am processing 100 images.
