When I update I get an error message

I have Topaz Photo AI version 1.3.11 running Windows 10.
When I update I get the error “Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable.”
I donot know how to do this so if someone would give me a hand I would appreciate it.

Can you please try the steps below and let me know if this behavior persists?

  1. Delete any/all versions of Topaz Photo AI from your C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC folder
  2. Delete the registry files for Topaz Photo AI using the instructions here.
  3. Download the full installer from the Topaz Labs downloads page and run it.

If this does not change this behavior, let me know and we can continue troubleshooting.
