This program does not work at all. Version 2.x worked just fine. Then came the version 3.0 which I had to pay extra for. Some of the new features like Stabilization didn’t work right from the start. As the continuous upgrades began to come the program began to fail earlier and earlier.
What happens is the program is working as expected when suddenly the computer freezes and the screens go black (Dual 4k screens) then the fans rev up. There is no control and the only thing I can do is shut the computer down manually. At first shutdown occurred am hour into the project but with each upgrade the shutdown happened earlier and earlier. Now the program shuts down 15 seconds from the start.

Unable to provide screenshot of log. it doesn’t seem to work

To me, this sounds like a system issue, like an inadequate power supply unit. You system may be getting brownouts from lack of available power.

You need to attach them to your post, not screenshot them. Use the upload button as circled:

Also. what does the Windows Event Viewer → Windows Logs - > System show for the times when these issues occur?

I agree. Video a. i. is very demanding. A good power supply and cooling is a must have here, especially considering the amount of processing time the application needs!

I hope this is what your looking for.
I have had a recent eye injury and am currently having troubles reading, so I hope this is the right thing.

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
Windows.SecurityCenter.WscDataProtection
and APPID
Unavailable
to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Is this what you’re referring to as the windows events log viewer
If not I need further guidance on how to get what you need .

Thanks guys

Thanks for uploading the logs.

Looping in @ida.topazlabs to take a look at your logs as she is the expert here.

Could we try setting a power limit on the graphics card? It’s possible that the power supply is not able to provide the required voltage for the graphics card when it is running at 100% utilization.

Install AMD Adrenalin which will let you decrease the voltage usage so your computer does not shut down:

https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh2-020 - Search for “Undervolt GPU” on this page for the relevant instructions.

the MSI Afterburner tool is easy to use to limit the maximum power use for the GPU.

Hello

Thanks again for your assistance. I will try this as soon as my eyes recover enough to do this

In the meantime I have noticed my C Drine (OS-SSD (C)) is red lining. C-Drive is a 500GB SSD Drive.

It currently has only 28.4 GB free of 464 GB. Could this be the cause of my problem.

Thanks

Gary
