Video AI not using Nvidia A30 GPU

I have selected A30 for AI processing, and AMD for encoding, and I cannot get Video AI to utilize the Nvidia A30 GPU. I can confirm the A30 not being utilized through nvidia.smi.exe CLI tool (output below), system usage in HWMonitor, as well as just looking at the speeds (0.5f/s vs 30f/s on an RTX 4080, and 20f/s on an RTX 4070 for the same video). System profile and logs attached

I have a fresh Win 11 23H2 install fully patched with the latest AMD Chipset drivers, Nvidia A30 Win11 drivers (I also tried an older driver to test but have since returned to the latest), and latest Video AI.

Can you share a screenshot of the GPU selection options that you see in File > Preferences > Processing

Hopefully this worked, but here it should be.
