When opening the software with several videos already in queue (after a crash for example), Video AI try to start processing several video at the same instead of one after another.

It sounds like the max processes in the Preferences Panel is set to more than 1, which would allow the app to try and run more than one export at a time. I would set that back to 1 and then relaunch the app.
If it happens again, please pull the logs and send to the support team for review.
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

It doesn’t happen if I queue several videos. They are processed one after another. It only happens if there is already several videos in the queue when I launch Topaz Video AI. In that case, the software try to automatically start several videos processing.
