The logs you shared show an issue with the GPU driver being outdated.
Update that to the latest Studio Driver from the NVIDIA drivers update page and then try the export again.
If you get the same issue, pull the updated logs and a screenshot of what you are seeing in the app Export Queue window and send to the support team at help@topazlabs.com.
That way the support team can try and assist a bit quicker and look into this issue.
Both workstations had updated drivers. Did it just before the last process (also restarted the machine)?
Well anyway, I downgraded to the previous version of Video AI and left both to process overnight. Both completed their tasks without any errors.
At the same time I used the last verison of Video AI on my Mac Mini M4, with the same settings and same file, and this “completed” the task, but the file was 6 min and 9 sec long without an audio.
You should really look into your last version of Video AI..
The team is looking into several issues that we have seen with v7.1 on mac systems. Can you send the logs from that processing task to the support team for investigation?
