Video AI 7.0 - NEW Starlight Mini (Local) AI Model

I have posted this in Beta1 already, would be easy to fix but too bad it’s not

Topaz Video AI Beta 7.0.0.1.b (Starlight mini)

Starlight Mini does not download (the package atfer the hw test) behind a proxy server. Is there a way to download it manually? My Web access is ok, in the settings section autodetect proxy is enabled, I get at program start positive license verification, model downloads, except Starlight, works. [proxy]
