Video AI 7.0.2 hangs on "Get Started" window

Recently updated to v7.0.2. Previous versions worked fine before, but updating to newest version prompts with the “Get Started” window and then hangs on this loading state. Double checked that I have an active subscription as well. Tried options [Activate with email, Start a free trial] with the same results.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
