I have shot a video at 9:16 at 1080p. But when I upscale it to 4K it gets automatically flipped to horizontal. I want the output video orientation to be similar to input video orientation. I am using version 5.3.1

Make sure you export a “custom resolution” output resolution of 2160x3840 and not 3840x2160.
If that doesn’t work, could you share the app’s logs?
