The bug / behavior you have encountered:
After updating to Version 3.3.1 i loaded my video that could use yesterday without any problems and i wanted to let them run today.
The loaded video can´t be played anymore from Topaz Video AI…also preview is missing
Since update v3.3.1 it won’t load my videos and stays stuck shows it on the INPUT box on bottom left but on the VIDEO In shows as -1x-1 (0:1 SAR) 0 FPS I already tried to reset it and even reset the computer and also tried videos that it was working with before as well and still nothing its in the latest update as well so I can run the videos and I cannot even see a preview for it please help
Set your preset to none on first run.
You are using your own saved preset which is causing thing this.
After you have run with none select your own saved preset and it will work.
I already send the dxdiag file and logs with the error report also a screenshot.
The problem is solved for now to set the preset that loads while starting Topaz to none.
Setting the automatically loaded preset to other than none is causing problems since 3.3.1
For me not loading any video…it’s there but I can’t do anything with it and the resolution frame rate is showing 0. Also changing the preset isn’t possible until I set the startup preset to none.
The same presets are working after I loaded a video…

There seems to be a bug where videos will not load if the program is started with certain default presets. I set the default preset to “None” and it started working again.
I can’t view that as a “solution” as it makes setting a default as useless. Even after you run the trick… and it does work to select your preset manually… you still can’t change it back to run your previous preset as default… have to create a new preset/presets.
I wasn’t able to. Had to delete my previous modified presets and recreate them to allow me to set it as default. I suppose it’s a solution, just a somewhat inconvenient one:
