Hello! I am new to video upscaling and wanted advice on the best way to upscale the Michael Jackson Live in Bucharest Concert from the early 90’s. I have the highest quality I could obtain, which is the direct download from the apple store.

I would like to get this as polished looking and high res as possible. I watched this concert so much as a child!
