Upscale to 4k with ProRes Codec makes uncommon FPS - from 30 to 30.14 fps!

My video FULL HD is 30 fps.
When upscale to 4k using ProRes422 HQ, video has strange 30.14 fps!!

Using h264 codec in mov everything is OK.

I think your codec ProRes422 makes problem.

And shutterstock cannot recognize that video on upload because of uncommon frame rate1
