Are you trying to upscale via the Photoshop plugin?
If so, Photoshop “Filter” menu plugins don’t support resizing. You have to use the plugin installed to the “File → Automate” menu.
Thank you for replying. I opened Topaz, and the Upscale worked beautifully.
