Updated but now I'm stuck with a login screen in front of the app -

  1. I updated everything to be current. Now I have a login screen in front of the app. I have tried entering my email. I’ve tried logging in via Google. It even says trial mode in the upper right corner of the app but the log in screen still covers the app - I have already purchased the app and have a key but I can’t enter that.

The issue is that you are on an Intel Mac and while they can install and launch the app they are not compatible any longer.

Starting with version 6.0.3, Intel-based Macs have not been part of our officially supported system requirements. While these systems could still run Video AI up to version 7.0.2, they became fully unsupported as of version 7.1.0 and will no longer launch the app or login.

Even when earlier versions run, Intel Macs are generally underpowered for the kind of resource-intensive AI processing Video AI uses, so performance and stability can be limited.

Since you’re on an Intel Mac and want to use Video AI, we recommend working with the version below:

Video Ai | 6.0.3 | Mac

If you prefer to use the most recent version that will still run on Intel Macs:

Video Ai | 7.0.2 | Mac

For the best performance and full compatibility with current and future updates, we recommend using Video AI on an Apple Silicon Mac (M Chip) that meets our current system requirements.
