After clicking the upper-right icon to download and install update 3.2.2 for Photo AI 3, the following Windows Installer error message appears:
The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.
Steps to reproduce issue:
- Click the cloud download icon.
- Click install after verification is complete.

i had the same issue,
to work around:
download the complete installer from the topaz web site and installed this.
reboot PC and it is running the latest version.
Worked for me.
