Update from the program not working

  1. When I start the program (Video AI 4) , I see that there is an update. When I click the update button, nothing happens, the update doesn’t start.
  2. Apple M2 Max, 32 GB Ram, Senoma 14.1
  3. Your log files (Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support)
