Topaz Photo AI is cropping the top of vertical images and ruining the picture. How can I stop this?
Please take a screen recording of this behavior so I can see exactly what is happening.

Not sure how to do that. What caused me to write (and it happened once previously as well) was when I took a vertical image (Sony ARW format) and pulled it up into Photo AI. After processing (denoise, sharpening) I opened the image once again in PhotoShop Bridge and the top (a narrow portion) had been cropped. Tried it several times and always the same. So, instead I omitted Photo AI as the first step and instead worked on the image in Photoshop RAW, then saved as a tiff file and again pulled it into AI…no problem. Weird!
