Unsigned DLLs problem - Unable to Start Photo AI πŸ˜”

Hi,
Love the software, but there seems to be at least one unsigned DLL in the Photo AI installation that does not have enough reputation with Microsoft Smartscreen and therefore Windows refuses to run with certain security or code integrity policies, such as Smart App Control. I would assume there are others though.

This results in not being able to run Photo AI at all. It generates an error which you can see in the screenshot below. The error code it mentions is 0xc0e90002, which means β€œSystem Integrity policy has been violated.”

Please be sure to sign all binaries and DLLs going forward, it would be a great help :pensive:

Thanks for sharing this. I sent this to a developer to take a look into this and see if we can get the DLLs signed.

At the moment Topaz Photo AI is not compatible with Smart App Control but this may fix that.
