Unable to use arrow keys when typing file name in Mac M2 Max

We are unable to use the arrow keys when typing a file name in the “Export As” menu.

This was also present in the 4.x series

We are on Apple MacBook Pro M2 Max laptops using Sonoma 14.2.1

“Save File As” cursor bug: When you are at the “Save As” pop up window to rename your file, if you try to use the arrow keys to move the cursor to where you want to change the text, instead of the cursor moving left or right, the frames of the preview window behind the “save as” field are cycled left and right instead.

When we get the prompt to name the file being exported, using the arrows to navigate the filename field does not work, it still controls the player in the background.
