Unable to free select right side cropping values on imported MPEG-2

Hi,

Found a weird quirk today working with directly imported MPEG-2 DVD sources. I can’t seem to use the right crop, when I grab the drag handle it jerks to a pre-set value (seems like 640) and will not move from there and entering a number into the field also doesn’t change it. Top, Bottom and Left side drag handles all work as expected but I also cannot drag the center ‘+’ of the crop area and move the crop selection area. *Note, crop seems to work normally on non-MPEG-2 sources.

I’m at a standstill as this is mostly bad footage and I don’t want to get into additional intermediate encodes. I’m using TVAI 7.0.1 on Windows 10.

Has anyone else seen this, or can confirm with MPEG-2 imported files?

I have the same issue with 7.0.2 on macOS. Thank you for reporting this.

Do the crop of anamorph content elswhere, TVAI can’t handle this. About 1.5 years they say working on a solution.
