Trying to use starlight mini it fails

Looks like an ongoing problem, sucks.

The logs you shared do not show attempts of Starlight Mini, I am seeing the logs pointing towards an error that states the source file is corrupted and unable to be read in its current AV1 format.

Try running the source video through Handbrake and see if that helps.
