Topaz Video Missing Images after editing one of them

I have been importing image sequences fine but after editing one of the frames it now misses several frames and just duplicates the same frame instead before the edited frame.

  • So for example I have 1 to 50 frames (named 0001 through to 0050).
  • I have edited frame 10 (0010).
  • The exported video uses frames 1 to 3 correctly, but the same frame 4 is used up until frame 10 then uses the correct frames 11 through to 50.

Does the modified frames files date have anything to do with the issue?

I am tried this in both AI v3 and v4 and the same thing happens for MacOS 15.6.1 M1.

Can you share the logs and video source files with the support team at help@topazlabs.com so we can investigate? Not quite understanding what you mean that you have edited one of the frames and then its causing an issue.
