Topaz Video Enhance AI stops processing with an Error (v 3.4.1)

  1. Attempting to upscale and frame interpolate 1 hour 11 minute video from 1080p 30fps to 4K 60fps. After processing 2.5 minutes, Topaz Video Enhance AI stops with an error. Mind you, it doesn’t crash. Just stops. This happens with different videos both on this Windows 11 PC and my MBP M2 Max with 64GB.

Please! Love your products, but this bug is a bad one for me. Thanks!

Best,
René the Curious

Hi René, for the windows machine, the GPU is in need of an update

We suggest updating your graphics card by using these steps:

  1. Go to the NVidia Driver Download Page.

  2. Enter in the information for your NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080

  3. In the search results, you will want to use the Studio option.

If that does not resolve this issue, please post the updated logs, thanks!
