Topaz Video AI v6.1.3 - Out of Memory Error

Since my upgrade to M4 MacBook Pro 48GB RAM laptop I am not able to run “remove noise” preset once. Always get out of memory error.

• Model couldn’t run successfully, most likely because of running out of memory. Try (one or more of) the following steps:
  • Reduce the number of filters.
  • Lower max memory usage in Preferences.
  • Lower max processes in Preferences.
  • Close other apps.

We are currently investigating this issue and have seen success in resolving this with the following steps:

1. Delete Video AI plist files

• How To Delete Your Plist Files
  -Tutorial

2. Restart Mac
3. Launch Video AI and try processing the file again.

If that does not resolve the issue, email the updated logs to support@topazlabs.com

I tried doing the steps above and it didn’t resolve it. The logs archive I’ve uploaded is after doing the steps above.
