Interesting, thanks for the explanation. But this basically means that i cannot utilize a RTX 4090 fully despite having a top notch i9 CPU.
I have no need for any color correction - can i turn this off?

No, you cannot turn this off. The color corrections resolved color shifting which was a major issue.
This should not slow down processing, the only difference is that CPU usage will be elevated.
Ah I see. then it is probably broken because I get color changes with nearly every video I upscale. It usually turns more “warm”.
Or is this just a preview issue within Video AI?

That helps, I appreciate it. Thank you. One more question, is it possible to use Dione TV model without the 2x FPS? I love the results when used on low res videos like dvd quality but wanted the original fps to remain?
Funny thing is it don’t have a problem! and you seem to not really know because you haven’t stated what the problem is that you supposedly found. 
Making snide comments like this helps no one.
If you look at the last section of the dxdiag you uploaded under diagnostics you can see multiple errors.
This is not normal for a healthy system and is an indication of an underlying problem with your machine.
It could be anything from a bios setting, driver or other software on your system.
