Topaz Video AI v. 3.3.0. not rendering the whole mov

I have 19 frame MOV what I slowed down i AE and want Topaz to interpolate frames, but it’s only rendering 16 frames for some reason.

Also Export as button is not exporting every time for some reason.

Can you please share the following;

1. input file
2. exact settings used
3. exported file

For the export button not working, can you share your system profile, logs and a screen recording of the button not working?

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
