Topaz Video AI upscaled my videos to 8K despite choosing ''Original Size''

As title says, my videos are randomly upscaled to 8K despite I never asked for it.

I’m using Topaz Video AI 3.4.1

I have multiple videos with varied resolutions (4K to 5.4K). They are 10bit HEVC videos taken with DJI Air 2S drone.

In the resolution control tab, next to ‘‘IN’’ it says ‘‘Multiple videos selected’’

and down in the bottom resolution control says: ‘‘Original Resolution’’

I chose Proteus Fine Tune / Enhance as model and parameters set to auto.

Parameter settings are H.265, Dynamic bitrate with High quality level. Container is mp4.

Could I take a look at the app’s log files to see what is causing the error in Video AI?

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport.tar.gz” file to your reply.
