I’ve had this issue for a while and I’m not sure what’s causing it to get stuck on “Model Loaded” and also the estimated time remaining stays on 0%. This happens whether I’m Rendering a Preview, Quick Export, or just the normal Export.
Looking at my Task Manager, I see the GPU (NVIDIA Quadro P2200) being used. I also see it makes a video file that is 0 bytes.
So its working, but getting stuck.
I’ve also downloaded all the models in the Model Manager.
Your graphics card is below the minimum system requirements for Video AI, Video AI requires at least 6gb and the NVIDIA Quadro P2200 only has 5gb. You can try lowering the max memory setting to 40% to see if that helps:
I have same problem since last two or three updates. Perhaps every fifth preview or export hangs on “loading model”. What I also had was absurdly high preview or export rendering times (at 0.xx fps) , so simply canceling and restarting helps and it runs at the usual speed.
I am having exactly the same problem, since June. I am on RTX4090, and it either gets stuck on Model Loaded or works at 0.2fps. It is getting worse, I think. Nowadays only 1 of 10 attempts work ( I have to cancel and restart every time).
Yeah, when several people has this problem, with different hardware and setup, then it must be something with the program. As I can say I have this since maybe last two or three Topaz updates, before I had it never. It also can happen when I clear all, close Topaz, reopen and do a small project. So it’s not low vram or something like that
