I am trying to upscale some videos to 4k and the process keeps crashing my MacBook Pro. And your help system needs help. You tell me to load the files then you limit to 5 per upload and now because I’m a new user I can only load 1/5 of the files because I’m new? Ridiculous. The only reason I would ever come here is if I had an issue.

I am using 1.2.0 and Astra and neither work anyore for anything Starlight related on my 13” M3 Pro 14 MBP. It either errors out upon upload, crashes entirely, or if you managed to get it to work on Astra, it goes the queue and then disappears. These updates over the last 5 months have been absolute trash and it’s become so unusable.
If you can send the logs as well and screenshots for the Astra issues, the support team can investigate and try and assist. Astra and the Video Desktop app are two different workflows and for Astra there are not traditional logs to grab, the web team will have to look in the server logs to see what is going on.
The bigger problem is that no matter WHAT clip I upload in Astra I select the range and click render, it goes into the queue and then it disappears. I’ll do it 5 or 6 times and it doesn’t stick. Even worse, when I try the same video in the actual software, I always get error upload and this error: 019c0770-08c3-76ac-a024-402d37e31b48 Error uploading files. Check your internet connection and retry.
I miss the old Topaz pre-6 months ago AND I miss the old Starlight before the Astra nonsense. I have 4300 credits and can’t even use them. I used to be such a fan and told so many people about it. I just don’t know how all of this got ruined.
